Tail Number "ou812" taken outside Bld 5050 - Just how did this missile end up on the OMS building? This Quail decoy missile was found in Arch Hangar. It was supposed to be mounted for display in front of Bldg 5050. But not before it found its way on top of the Organizational Maintenance Squadron (OMS). Crew chief box indicates a possible squadron rivalry. 1984
